A 34 year old Pennsylvania man has been arrested after he snapped a 19-year-old girls neck, beat her with a hatchet and poked out her eyes out after she refused his marriage proposal.
Christopher Tucker, 34, of Berks County, Pennsylvania has been arrested at a truck stop in Illinois for the murder of Tara Serino, according to state police.
Chris asked Serino to marry him on Halloween and when she refused he went crazy.
