A 17-year-old girl who was put on a 14 day quarantine faces up to 10 years in prison for coughing on a Rock Hill Police officer.
The female juvenile went on Facebook live and coughed on the officers then laughed about it.
Police said what you see in the video is not a laughing matter. That’s because they say the girl was instructed to self-quarantine for 14-days by a medical professional, and officers didn’t know it at the time.
