47 People Arrested In Ferguson, Urine Bottles Thrown Over Michael Brown Protest Video/Pics

Tuesday night was calm in Ferguson, but around midnight changed to tense when urine and bottles were thrown at police, Although there were no shootings 3 guns were apprehended

Tensions were running high in the parking lot of a 24-hour McDonald’s restaurant on W. Florissant Avenue, with 10 people reportedly detained.

Authorities said they arrested 47 people before daybreak Wednesday morning. Captain Ron Johnson, with the Missouri Highway Patrol, said a person from Austin, Texas was arrested for a third time overnight.

Police lowered their profile on Aug. 19, and refrained from using tear gas, to allow a more orderly night of protests in the St Louis suburb.
