A Ohio judge had to sentence a 600 pound drug dealer in the back of an ambulance that was designated as a courtroom.

The judge believed that moving Kirk Lenell Smith, 42 would endanger his health and well-being.

Lenell pleaded guilty to cocaine trafficking and being a felon in possession of a gun on Wednesday outside the Hamilton County Courthouse.

The sentencing occurred at the loading dock.
