We cant make this up…An 86-year-old woman has been arrested after robbing a West Philadelphia bank.. Emily Coakley is charged with aggravated assault,
robbery, VUFA, terroristic threats and related offenses, according to police. She was released on her own recognizance.
Sources say the woman came to the bank on Monday to make a withdrawal. When she got home she thought the bank had shorted her $400. She returned to the bank Tuesday afternoon and demanded the rest of her money. Her family showed up while she was being held at the bank and tried to console her. Bank customers weren’t so forgiving.
