Jamel aka Mel Murda Jones, 38 was caught on a wiretap by the feds threatening to kill rapper Tekashi69 pleaded guilty Wednesday.

According to prosecutors Jones was a godfather of the 9 Trey Bloods making him the highest-ranking member on the streets.

Jones pleaded guilty to racketeering and narcotics offenses, he made a confession of playing his part in the 9 Trey racketeering operation.

Jones was taped saying that Tekashi would face grave consequences and will be violated.

“He trying to separate himself,” Jones said Nov. 17, according to prosecutors, adding that Tekashi should be “super violated.

The threats led the FBI to offer protection to Tekashi.

Jones is scheduled for sentencing in July where he faces up to 65 years in prison for his roll in the criminal enterprise.
