Video shows 93-year-old Robert Thomas pulling a gun out and shooting an apartment maintenance manager over water issues.
Surveillance footage captured Thomas repeatedly shooting the worker at point-blank range before being taken into custody in Las Vegas.
After making threats about the water, police said Thomas went to the office and shot a maintenance worker twice in his legs.
The maintenance manager is seen talking to the man as a woman who is sitting behind the desk secretly speaks to a police dispatcher on the phone.
