On Monday, November 9 the departments spokesman said that Freeman went to 72 Autumn Hills for the check, but was allegedly told that the Sex Offender lived at another address. Freeman then went to 76 Autumn Hills road where Chris Coiner lives and says that’s where the Investigator shot his dog.

As Freeman got out of his car, the 3 Year-old Terrier mix Clide – started barking at him. He fired one shot, killing Clide instantly.

Footage taken by the dog’s owner Coiner shows him confronting the investigator as he returns to his vehicle.
