23-year-old Eusebio Padilla was pulled over by officers for riding a motorcycle without a license plate on Sunday, April 7.
After he was placed in handcuffs during this traffic stop Padilla was observed removing a ‘baggy from his buttcrack’ and placing it on the ground.
After examining this baggy, Officer Daniel DeGraff discovered it contained almost four dozen small diamonds.
