Police Release Footage Of Cops Spitting & Punching Handcuffed Teens

The Providence Police Department has released bodycam footage from a July 9th incident which shows multiple officers punching at least two teenagers.

The video lasted for more than seven hours show police chasing three teenagers driving a BMW through Providence.

Video shows one of the teens getting punched in the back of his head while in cuffs. In another moment, Officer Domingo Diaz appears to be repeatedly punching one of the juveniles on the ground until Diaz is physically restrained and pulled away by Sgt. Andres Perez.

An officer then looks at the teen and spits in his direction. 

Police have previously said at least one of the teens was hospitalized.
