Former professional football wide receiver Terry Glenn has died after getting into a car accident Monday morning in Irving, Texas,
Terry was 43-years-old and played in the National Football League for 12 seasons..

The Irving Police Department said the crash occurred at 12:18 a.m. local time after Glenn, who was driving the car accompanied by a passenger, traveled off the eastbound lane at the 700 block of Highway 114 and crashed into a concrete barrier dividing the express lane from local lanes.
Glenn was ejected from the car and taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, where he died at 12:52 a.m., according to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office.
Police did not identify the passenger, who suffered minor injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigatioN.
