Caught on camera.. 53-year-old woman has been arrested after surveillance camera captured her shoving a 4-year-old girl down a flight of stairs at a Pennsylvania day care. The camera was installed just half an hour before the incident took place. Fortunately, the girl only suffered a minor knee injury. The worker was arrested and fired.
