Video shows a Florida Sheriffs deputy Neil Pizzo attacking a 17 Year-Old boy at the Sarasota County Juvenile Assessment Center
The deputy can be seen pinning Terrance Devon Reed III, 17 to the wall before dragging and punching him.
Reed was being held for a probation violation, he suffered cuts to his head during the altercation.
According to the incident report, Pizzo said he asked the teen to remove his arms from his shirt several times who wouldn’t comply.
The report states the teen said, “F… you. I’m cold. I’ll kill you Cracker if we on the streets, I’ll blow your head off, you ain’t a real cop.”
Pizzo is now on leave pending an investigation.
