Thomas Mailander, 70 of Nebraska was caught on video attacking a cement truck with a hammer.
Mailander became upset at the fact that a separate vehicle – a white Chevy pick-up – had parked up on his front lawn.
He seemingly decided to take out his rage on the concrete truck, which just happened to be nearby his home in Omaha last Thursday.
He has been booked on suspicion of criminal mischief .
