This is far from terrible..A Tennessee is suing Amazon for $30 Million after a hoverboard exploded causing a terrible fire which burned their home down
The Fox family’s lawsuit says the online giant had information about the dangers of the product before the Jan. 9 fire, according to the lawsuit obtained by the Tennessean.
The lawsuit also claims the listed seller of the hoverboard, “W-Deals,” is a sham business registered to a New York City apartment and hasn’t responded to lawyers. The family says it was sold a counterfeit product from China.
“We’ve spent months investigating it and to this day I don’t know who manufactured this product, and it doesn’t appear that Amazon does,” lawyer Steve Anderson told the Tennessean.
