A Virginia man was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent liberties and one count of domestic assault after he was found half-naked in a room with 2 children.
60 -year-old Mark Stanley of North Carolina was visiting family members in Virginia for the holidays and made his way to the toddlers room while everyone else was asleep.
One of the family members woke up early to check on his two children ages 2 and 3. Sheriffs said when the man opened the door, he found Stanley butt-naked inside the children’s room.
When the father questioned Stanley, the half-naked man reportedly pushed him out of the room and locked the door.
The father forced his way into the room and allegedly began beating Stanley.
Stanley was taken to the hospital for treatment before police took him to the Rappahannock Regional Jail where he is being held without bond.
