A Viral Video surfaces around social media shows a FBI agent getting down on the dance floor at a nightclub when his gun accidentally went off during a back flip.
The agent was showing off his best moves at the Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar in Denver at about 12:45 a.m. Saturday.
As he does a backflip his handgun can be seen flying out of the back of the man’s pants then he immediately reaches for the firearm — only for it to go off as soon as he picks it up striking a man in the lower leg.
The off-duty agent was brought to police headquarters, where he was later handed over to a supervisor at the FBI, according to a statement from Denver police.
The law man’s identity isn’t being released because he wasn’t arrested, the police spokeswoman said.
