He was the first person diagnosed with the virus in the United States after arriving in Texas last month just days has died following nearly two weeks in a Dallas hospital’s isolation room.
Duncan, 42, was given the experimental Ebola drug brincidofovir, but his family said he was doing poorly and the hospital had downgraded his condition from serious to critical.
