A Florida man was placed under arrest and charged with manslaughter after he accidentally shot a woman while performing a sex act.
On Sunday the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s said found a woman in her 20s shot in her upper body with hi. handgun.
Andrew Shinault, 23 told authorities that he shot her while “engaging in an act of foreplay involving his registered hand gun.
The shooting occurred at Shinault’s home in the Tampa suburb of Valrico. The woman — whose identity was not revealed was taken to a hospital where she later died.
Shinault was charged with manslaughter with a weapon on Friday. He was being held in the Orient Road Jail on a $50,000 bond.
