72 year-old Paul Zittel of Ocala, Florida was arrested on Thursday after thousands of pounds of child pornography was found in his home.
Zittel was arrested and taken into custody for 25 counts of Possession of Child Porn.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office received a tip in January that files of child sexual abuse material had been uploaded to the internet.
After investigation detectives discovered that the IP address belonged to Zittel.
Deputies executed a search warrant on Thursday.
Sheriff’s officials said printed child abuse images were found in numerous boxes throughout the man’s home.
The printed images weighed 2,600 pounds in total, according to deputies.
Zittel is being held on a $250k bond at the Marion County jail.
