Keyshia Cole’s ex-landlord is after the bucks after she was evicted from her Santa Monica condo.
Cole already got evicted for failing to pay $19,000 in back rent. Apparently Keysh didn’t take too kindly to that and allegedly trashed the place on her way out.
In the lawsuit the landlord said the singer destroyed the place by breaken doors, putting holes in the wall and scratches all over the wood floor .
He lists the total damage at $150,000 for all damages… and wants her to cough up that amount, plus a little something for his emotional distress.
