A Georgia couple is being sued by a white tenant who says she was evicted after having black guests.
The tenant in North Georgia has filed a housing discrimination suit against her landlord who she says evicted her because she had African American guests over for a play date with her daughters.
Sutton said Allen McCoy called her a “n-word lover” shortly after a black co-worker’s family left her Adairsville rental home last fall.
Mr. McCoy told her she should be ashamed of herself and he would call Child Protective Services for having a “n-word on their property.”
