Florida Deputies arrested 28 year-old Gavin Lee over the weekend for running his truck into a small business just to steal a Dr. Pepper.
On Friday morning Lee of Panama City ran his Ford through the front doors of the Re-Rack Bar.
According to reports Lee went to go to the place of business on Friday morning, but it was closed.
When Lee later returned and the bar was still closed, he rammed his truck through the front glass.
Lee then entered the cooler and got a Dr. Pepper from the cooler, Bay County Sheriff’s Office deputies
The deputies say Lee sat at a table inside the bar and proceeded to drink his stolen beverage.
Lee had a tan Ruger LCP handgun in his pocket, deputies added.
He was arrested and charged with armed burglary.
