A 33-year-old man from Pontiac is now facing further charges after he fled the court house in Rochester Hills where he had just been sentenced to serve 90 days in jail.
On Tuesday June 4th, 2019, at 9:31AM, Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies at the 52nd 3rd District Court located in the City of Rochester Hills responded to the courtroom of the Hon.
Judge Nancy Carniak to take a subject into custody. Judge Carniak had just sentenced him to serve 90 days in the Oakland County Jail for disorderly conduct and retail fraud.
