Simon Morris, 31, was standing in a beer garden when he suddenly launched himself at Aled Wyn Jones, knocking him to the floor.
After wrestling him to the ground, Morris put his victim in a headlock and started ripping into the flesh on his face.
Shocking CCTV footage from the Cross Foxes pub in Prestatyn, Wales, shows him biting Mr Wyn Jones on the cheek before biting down on his eyebrow so hard it became detached from his face.
