Man denied $5 Million Lottery Win Because His 16-year-old son bought the ticket

Ward Thomas of Long Beach says he sent his son to buy the winning scratch Off from a gas station in October and was denied his $5 Million

 after it discovered the ticket was purchased by his 16-year-old son.

Ward  is now suing the California Lottery Commission. Thoughts?
