A judge sentenced Amato to life behind bars on Monday without the possibility of parole after he was found guilty for the deaths of his mother, father and brother in their Chuluota home.
Amato shot dead his mother, father and brother over an argument about stealing money and sending it to an online webcam model.
Grant Amato was found guilty of three counts of murder for fatally shooting his parents, Chad and Margaret Amato, and his older brother, Cody Amato.
The state said Grant Amato killed his family after they cut him off from his online relationship with a Bulgarian website model on an adult site.
According to fox35orlando.com Amato had stolen $60,000 and guns from his brother to talk to a Bulgarian woman he met online.
He also stole $150,000 from his father, including a loan taken out on his parents’ house. Authorities say Amato sent the woman over $200,000 in a three-month period.
