Louis Hicks Jr., 33, led an employee there to believe he worked in law enforcement and involved himself in security matters at the store.

Hicks who was recently suspended from his job as a security guard told one of the female shift leaders to give him a call if there were any problems.

A shift leader suspected someone shoplifting when she gave Hicks a call around 11:30 pm.

Police say that Hicks was convicted back in 2003 of felony burglary and he never should’ve had a gun in his procession
