Video shows a man sucker punching an NYPD police officer during an arrest and then making a run for it.
An NYPD spokesman said the 27-year-old suspect who was on the ground was wanted in a February robbery, and one of the officers used a Taser to subdue him.
Later a man wearing a mask can be seen sucker punching one of the officer in his head then making a run for it.
