A Milwaukee-area woman was arrested after video shows her spitting in a black teens face during the Black Lives Matter protest.
64-Year-Old Stephanie Rapkin faces charges of battery and disorderly conduct for spitting on the minor.
Sources say that the lady became angry after protesters asked her to move her vehicle which was parked in the middle of North Oakland Avenue as a protest march made its way south on the street.
Several people continue to urge her to move her car. Another group of protesters approaches the woman, shouting at her while she shouts back.
The woman can then be seen spitting on a young male protester, bystanders quickly got in between the woman and the young man, they then surrounded the woman and walked her away.
