Video from a couple of months ago was just released showing an NYPD police officer aggressively arresting a man.
Sources say that the altercation allegedly started over a homeless man who was taking up more than one seat on a subway in Manhattan.
Body cam from May shows the officer punching and dragging the man, but Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance is charging the bloodied man with felony assault, for allegedly kicking the officer’s hand while the cop tried to cuff him on the platform of the Midtown station.
