NYC Art Gallery Owner Says He Was Attacked For Wearing A MAGA Hat

A New York City art gallery owner says he was beaten in Manhattan by a group of teenagers because he was wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat.

42-year-old Jahangir said it all went down on Canal Street in SoHo when was struck in the head from behind.

Turan said he was leaving the N train wearing a MAGA hat when a group of teenagers yelled “F*** Trump” and attacked him.

He spoke at a press conference Thursday, detailing his recollection of the attack. He said about 15 to 18 people were involved.
