Police released surveillance footage of a man getting sucker-punched at a bar in St. Clair Shores.
47-Year-Old Shawn Kubic died just a few days later after he was punched by 33-year-old Hatum Akraw on Dec. 22, 2019.
33-year-old Hatum Akrawi turned himself in for assault but was later charged with 2nd-degree murder and manslaughter charges after Kubic died on Dec. 26.
