Rappper Troy Ave is a free man as of today Monday 7/11/2016.. Troy was freed from jail after being released on a $500,000 Bail secured by his mother’s Brooklyn home.

Collins aka Troy Ave is charged with attempted murder, weapons possession and other charges in what was a fatal shooting incident at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza on May 25 that led his bodyguard and friend Ronald McPhatter killed.
He’s required to wear an ankle bracelet and cannot leave the city, a request made by Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass and approved by Justice Ronald Zweibel.
Collins must also stay away from all concert halls, bars, arenas and other performance venues.
