A security guard at a Popeyes was shoot in southeast Baltimore after getting into an argument with a angry customer.

According to witnesses the victim and the suspect in the shooting had got into a verbal dispute earlier that day.

The suspect had spat in the security guard’s face before leaving the restaurant. It was not clear what prompted the argument.

Police said the suspect returned moments later in his car and started shooting at the building, breaking a window and hitting the guard.

On arrival, officers found a 35-year-old man suffering from a graze wound due to gunfire, No arrest were made so far.
