A graphic video posted online by Anthony Blackman on Sunday shows the Los Angeles Police officers shooting a homeless man during a struggle.
In the video you can hear about five shots fired.
Police were called downtown regarding an altercation between two people.
Sources said the man refused to come out of his tent on the sidewalk when officers arrived.
The shooting took place near the Union Rescue Mission, which provides a number of services to homeless people.
