Taxstone’s DNA Found On Gun That Killed Troy Ave’s Bodyguard.

According To Bossip.. Twitter personality Taxstone known for his Tax Season podcast has been indicted on weapons charges after the Feds Found his DNA on the gun that left Troy Ave’s friend dead.

BOSSIP obtained a copy of his indictment which stated that there was enough evidence to indict him on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and receiving a gun through interstate commerce.

31 Year-Old Tax was arrested and charged with shooting and killing a man at the venue moments before rapper T.I. was scheduled to perform.

On May 2016 Brooklyn, New York City rapper Troy Ave was wounded in the shooting and his friend/bodyguard Ronald McPhatter was shot dead.




A woman was also shot in the leg and taken to Bellevue Hospital that day … The fourth victim was a bystander,  he was recovering at an area hospital and later  survived.
