A Baltimore teacher was arrested and charged with assault, and child abuse after he allegedly broke the jaw of a 7-year-old.
Elementary school teacher Timothy Randall Korr, 25 is accused of throwing Trayvon Grayson against the wall.
Korr claims that the boy was being disruptive in class so he picked him up intending to take him to the principal’s office.
He says that Trayvon had been clawing at him when he lost his footing on some stairs and the youngster went flying into the wall.
Trayvon suffered a broken jaw, cuts, bruises and had two teeth knocked out in the incident.
