Teen Gets In Trouble With Owner Of An Tow Yard For Not Giving Him Back The Title To His Car.

Here’s the teens story:
“I went to the towing yard to pay to get my stuff out of my car, but when I showed the owner the title he said he couldn’t do it bc it wasn’t in my name, he talked to my dad over the phone & still wouldn’t let us (even though we just bought it). So I asked him to give me my title back so we could leave. He refused to give my title back & made a copy of it without my permission, then he asked to see my license but I told him no.
(He wanted the title & my license so he could claim the car as his own & profit from it). I kept telling him to give me my title so we could leave but he refused to unless one of us gave him our license. Since we wouldn’t give him our licenses, he walked off & tried to go back into his shop with it. Since he wouldn’t give it to me, I took it out of his hand.
He put his hands on my head & put me in a clinch then tackled me…Thoughts??
