A disturbing video recently went viral showing a young teen slamming a 68-year-old woman to the ground before throwing her in a pool during a pool party in Florida.
16-year-old Leon Balfour surrendered to police on Monday and was charged
The young suspect now faces a battery charge and was booked into a Broward County jail for minors.
