On Thursday 7/30/20 three Chicago officers were hit with gunfire during a shootout that took place in the city’s Northwest Side.
According to the sources two other officers were also taken to the hospital.
One officer was shot in the chin and protective vest, another was hit in the hip and a bullet struck a third officer’s protective vest. The three were transported to hospitals, along with two other officers with chest pains.
