The parents of a 10-year-old boy have filed a lawsuit….. They claim the facility failed to check or secure his harness before the start of the ride. The family’s lawyer claims the child was seriously hurt.
His family claims in the legal filing that he sustained “significant injuries” after dropping “more than 20 feet.”
Investigators reportedly determined that the zip line rider’s harness wasn’t secured correctly and described the fall as a “result of operator error.
