30 Year-Old Andrea Serrano of Colorado was sentenced to 90 Days behind bars for having sex with a 13-year-old and giving birth to his child.
Serrano, who was arrested in 2022 for sexual assault charges accepted a plea deal to a charge of incest. That agreement came with the provision she would not serve additional jail time. But an El Paso County judge on Thursday went against the plea deal and sentenced the 31-year-old to 90 days in jail, minus seven days for time served after her arrest.
According to court documents Serrano confessed to her therapist that she was pregnant by a then-13-year-old boy.
The sentence includes at least 10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation and registration as a sex offender upon release from jail.
